All tours are fully escorted, which means we are on the ground to look after you full time. You can rest assured knowing that our experienced hosts will always be there for you, performers and their families.

As well as a personal hands-on service, we have the support of a 24/7 duty office, meaning that no matter where we are in the world, we’ll always have someone able to help us in an incident or crisis. It is our promise to deliver an added peace of mind, which you can’t put a price on.

The Team

Karen Coates

Karen Coates

Director

An idea borne out of her own experience as a “Dance Mum”, Karen has devoted herself to creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences for young performers around the world. Watching her own daughters revel in the ultimate highs of performing in front of large, beaming crowds, Karen believed that she had the means, knowledge and the drive to combine her love of the arts with her first true love; Travel.

With over 25 years of experience in creating, planning and escorting group itineraries, Karen has a firm belief that the greatest way to motivate and enrich the development for dance and performing arts students is to incorporate travel into their learning. Karen understands that when teachers travel with a group of students, their aim is to develop the talents of their performers with wonderful opportunities in a fun, organised and safe way. By listening carefully and building close relationships with the groups and their families, she tried to anticipate needs before they’ve been thought of them.
